About
10+ years coaching. Every class on every retreat taught personally.
How it started
Luke moved to Bali while fighting professionally. The coaching side of what he was doing grew from there. People would travel in to train with him for a week at a time, sometimes longer, just to work on their boxing.
Day One started as an online courses brand. The first product, Boxing Fundamentals, is still selling on Gumroad with a 5.0-star rating. It was a way for Luke to share the way he teaches with a wider audience, the same thing he had been doing on Instagram.
The retreats came next. Luke formalised the week — himself teaching every class, group capped at 16, training and accommodation and recovery and social activities all curated together. That is what the retreat is. People fly in from around the world, train for a week, and leave with a group of friends they did not have when they arrived.
Over 10 retreats later, more than 130 guests from 20+ countries have been through it. Many come back.
