No sparring is included in the retreat week, so you do not need to bring a mouth guard. Bring training gear, comfortable clothes for Bali's heat, sunscreen, and your boxing gloves (or we can provide them).

Questions about the retreat

Do I need boxing experience? +
Limited prior training experience is required to get the most out of the week. If you train boxing a couple of times a week at a local gym, you will fit right in.
How fit do I need to be? +
A basic level of fitness is recommended. You do not need to be an athlete. Luke adapts every session to the group and to individual levels.
Is sparring included? +
No. The week is technique, padwork, and conditioning for boxing. You do not need a mouth guard.
Is the deposit refundable? +
The $599 AUD deposit is not refundable but is transferable to a future retreat date if your plans change.
Can I come alone? +
Most guests attend solo. The retreat is built around community. 130+ guests from 20+ countries have attended across 10+ retreats so far.
What should I bring? +
Training gear, comfortable clothes for Bali's heat, sunscreen, and your boxing gloves (we can provide gloves if you do not want to travel with them).
Where is the training? +
Training happens at Soma Fight Club in Canggu, Bali. The hotel is around 2km away, and transfers are all arranged.
